Meet our KDO Staff

We have two Directors: Ms. Nicole and Ms. Arielei! Both Nicole and Arielei are single Moms with decades of combined childcare experience. Both of us also run our own small businesses, so we bring both a Mother’s heart and a business-person’s drive and organization to KDO!

Ms. Nicole is an energetic and experienced business director bringing a strong background in first aid, safety and child mentoring. She is deeply mindful of maintaining a safe and fun environment for learning and play. Nicole is an excellent multitasker, organizer and personable communicator who brings a harmonious flow to the KDO program.

Ms. Arielei is a highly-motivated self-starter. She loves entrepreneurship and thrives in environments where she can be creative. She loves art and also runs a business as a photographer! Arielei loves working with people and children. She is very outgoing and full of positive energy. As a mother of 5 little girls, she understands how to connect and engage with children of all ages!

Ms. Auggie is our co-teacher! She is am amazing at teaching the kids Spanish. She also is excellent at helping kids with potty-training. She has been with the program for several years and also has experience as a nanny. Ms. Auggie loves to incorporate singing into our day and teaches the kids songs in both English and Spanish.
